These terms and conditions govern your use of the marymia.co.uk website and your purchase of products from Marymia Ltd. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Marymia Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales. Our registered office is in London, United Kingdom. For enquiries, contact us at hello@marymia.co.uk.
Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment provider, Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are encrypted and we do not store your card details.
Delivery times and charges are outlined on our Shipping page. While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Our returns policy is set out on our Returns & Exchanges page. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and colours are accurate. However, as our garments are handmade, slight variations in colour, pattern placement, and sizing may occur. This is part of the unique, artisanal nature of our pieces and is not considered a defect.
