Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

We want you to love your Marymia pieces. If something isn't right, you may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

1. Email returns@marymia.co.uk with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid returns label (UK only)
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Drop it off at your nearest collection point

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, earrings and beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty. Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
